Let's talk about Period Gratitude ...First of all take a minute and Thank God for your regular cycles and to continue with it maintain your diet , healthy lifestyle and follow your exercise regime ( This is one of the change that i made in my life ).
Because there are so many girls / women's in the world facing problems like PCOS/PCOD , anovulatoy cycles or irregular cycles and due to this , they are facing many more other problems too including child bearing .
Afterall , Let it be Periods or Fetus in the womb , comes from the same blood !
